Frequently asked questions

What is Evaspan?

Evaspan is a premium longevity and performance coaching service. It combines clinical insight, personalised training, nutrition, sleep optimisation and behaviour change into one system, organised around four health pillars: Strength & Balance, Heart & Metabolism, Sleep & Recovery, and Lifestyle.

Who is Evaspan for?

Evaspan is for anyone who wants to feel stronger, sleep better, protect their metabolic health and stay capable for the decades ahead, but doesn’t have the time to assemble a plan from scattered advice.

How much does Evaspan cost?

Starting Point is a one-off baseline, bought in modules: £399 for the consultation and full assessment with the Clinical Lead, including continuous glucose monitoring, your biological age across the four pillars and a personalised protocol; £299 to add a clinician-ordered blood panel; £249 to add DNA, which is done once and never repeated. All three together are £895. Many people over 50 have had bloods recently, and can simply leave that module out. Your Next Decade continues from it at £275 a month, adding monthly clinician check-ins and quarterly retesting, with your biological age recomputed every quarter. It needs the blood panel at baseline, because quarterly retesting is bloods and there is otherwise nothing to measure from. See the pricing page for full details.

What are the four health pillars?

Strength & Balance, Heart & Metabolism, Sleep & Recovery, and Lifestyle. Every assessment, plan and dashboard view in Evaspan is organised around these four pillars.

Which wearables does Evaspan support?

On Your Next Decade, Evaspan connects the wearable you already own — Oura or WHOOP. HRV, sleep, readiness and resting heart rate flow into your dashboard and inform plan adjustments.

Does Evaspan offer bloodwork?

Yes. A clinician-ordered longevity panel is drawn at the clinic and interpreted in your dashboard, including advanced markers such as ApoB, Lp(a), HbA1c, fasting insulin, hormones and hs-CRP. Included at baseline with Starting Point, and repeated quarterly on Your Next Decade.

Does Evaspan prescribe GLP-1 medication?

No. Evaspan does not prescribe. Where a medication such as a GLP-1 may be clinically appropriate, we identify that you could be a candidate and refer you to an appropriate prescriber - your GP or a specialist service. Evaspan stays in the longevity space, not the prescribing space.

How is the guidance evidence-based?

Every Evaspan protocol is grounded in peer-reviewed research on longevity, performance and metabolic health, and informed by leading voices in the field such as Peter Attia and Andrew Huberman, translated into a plan you can actually follow.
